Shipping
Our US OFFICE handles all online store orders, except for countries subject to an embargo by the US Government and the following countries which are covered by our Australian online store:
Australia, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Brunei, Cambodia, China, Christmas Island, Cocos Islands, Cook Islands, Fiji, French Polynesia, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Kiribati, Macau, Malaysia, Maldives, Nauru, Nepal, New Caledonia, New Zealand, Niue, Norfolk Island, Pakistan, Papua New Guinea, Philippines, Pitcairn, Samoa, Singapore, Solomon Islands, South Korea, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Thailand, Tokelau, Tonga, Tuvalu, Vanuatu, Vietnam, Wallis and Futuna.
Shipping of back-ordered and pre-ordered items
Where an existing resource is back-ordered because we are out of stock, the item will be shipped as soon as it comes back into stock. If you have ordered other resources that are in stock, these will be shipped immediately. (Only one shipping charge will be applied.)
However, if you are pre-ordering a new book, your total order will be shipped once the pre-ordered book is in stock. If you wish to have other items shipped immediately, please place a separate order for those items.
Downloadable items
You will not be charged shipping costs where you only order downloadable electronic items, e.g. ebooks, MP3s, PDFs. However these items are included with your order value for the calculation of shipping charges when there are also physical products in your cart (due to a bug in the Shopify platform which we can't resolve ourselves but have reported and hope will be fixed). You may prefer to order your downloadable items separately.
Incorrectly addressed items
We can not take responsibility for the shipping address provided being undeliverable or incorrect. If items are returned by the carrier we will reship it at the actual cost of shipment and your credit card will be charged for that amount.
Within the continental USA
Most orders placed before 12 noon Eastern time on weekdays (excluding holidays) will ship out the same day. The approximate time for delivery is dependent upon the delivery address. Times shown in the tables below are an estimate only.
There are a number of US domestic delivery options available. If you wish to use a different option, please call us. All orders to PO boxes must be sent via USPS.
2-day and next day orders must be placed before 11:00am Eastern Time in order to be guaranteed overnight.

Overseas
We use US Postal Service First-Class Mail on orders less than $32 in value and under 4lbs. For all other orders we use US Priority Mail International. If you prefer to have your order shipped UPS, please call us to arrange this service.
You will be responsible for any applicable taxes or fees due upon delivery.
